We’re Happy You’re Here.
If you’re reading this, you have an interest in the value of your property and the quality of your outdoor experience in and around your home. And though often overlooked, residential lawn care, lawn maintenance, sustainable landscape design and landscape architecture are the fundamental elements of that equation. Since our inception in 1987, Perfect Lawns & LandWorks of Austin(aka Perfect Lawns of Austin), as a business family and family business, is and will continue to be passionate about people and their lawn care and landscape design needs.
Our motivation to enter the global conversation is three-fold:
1. In years past, we suspended plans to expand the business for concern of compromising the level of service and detail we could offer our customers. Social media technology empowers us to grow in a controled manner as a company without harming those relationships that drive our purpose--serving you as if you're our only customer.
2. Perfect Lawns & LandWorks of Austin, Texas strives to be the best online resource for all things concerning our lawn care, lawn maintenance, sustainable landscape design and landscape architecture by leveraging a collective experience spanning 200+ years. And though we serve and support the greater Austin, Texas community by day, we’re keeping the lights on by night to engage and support people around the world striving for information from Perfect Lawns & LandWorks of Austin.
3. We recognize that we cannot live up to our promise as stewards of the community using only traditional communications. You cannot immediately interact with television commercials, a direct mail piece, a radio advertisement; and because of this, you certainly cannot experience Perfect Lawns & LandWorks'of Austin service principles and our experts that make our business what it is through these means.
Our Commitment to You:
-
You are our first priority. In addition to unprecedented service and support for our customers and customer-prospects, we will scour the Earth and the Web for the best content, resources, practices, retailers, products and services that support your pursuit of Perfect Lawns & LandWorks--The Perfect View.
-
You appreciate transparency and have expectations about the time you invest, online and otherwise. We will post our blog schedule in advance, consistently set timelines, reset if we cannot meet a deadline, and disclose any and all partnerships.
-
You want a friend "in the business." We are available 24/7 on the blog and twitter. We will keep you updated as we develop our online presence to better meet you more than halfway. During regular business hours, don’t hesitate to give us a call (512.563.1881). If we’re unavailable please leave a message and we’ll return the call within hours.
-
You have questions. We have answers. Every Thursday we’ll devote the blog to answering your individual questions concerning lawn care, lawn maintenance, sustainability, landscape design and landscape architecture. If we cannot provide an immediate solution, we'll find it and pay it forward.
Perfect is relative.
As our budding online community grows and the conversation expands, we recognize and respect that we might not always agree: there are literally thousand of preferences and variations of "perfect" on just about everything, including lawn care, lawn maintenance, sustainable landscape design and landscape architecture. Put simply: We’re here to support your preference of perfect—whether it is traditional or progressive, Western or Eastern, aesthetic or functional, flower and garden varieties and everything in between. Over the last few years, we have expanded our product and service offerings and our inventory to include ecologically friendly equipment and sustainable practices. We look forward to sharing what we’ve learned and look forward to learning about you.
Thank you for your time...and no matter how hectic things get or what life throws at you don't forget to "Enjoy the View."
Towards Perfect Lawns and LandWorks,
